fischer SolarFish H83 is an AW 6063 T6 aluminium alloy rail for building structures of photovoltaic systems. The increased 83 mm high cross-section optimizes the number of supports to the roof in case of heavy stress forces acting on the structure. The four side grooves and the lower groove are compatible with SKS M8 screws or RHS hammer head screws and make installation quick and easy. SolarFish H83 is compatible PMU/PMCU universal clamps. The length is designed to optimize profile consumption and reduce waste. SolarFish H83 is indicated for building structures on flat roofs in combination with the triangular frames STFS 10°-13°, STFN 10°-15°, STFN 25 °-30°-35, STFN 200 10°-15°-20° and STN 200 25°-30°-35°. For industrial roofs in reinforced concrete tiles and domes, the Solar-Y system is particularly suitable. For pitched roofs the profile SolarFish H83 can be installed with the RK hooks as well as the hooks GC, GTP, GTPR, GT 130 and GTX 150. For non-removable corrugated panels or barrel/flat tile roof thedouble-threaded screws STSR and STSI can be used and for trapezoidal metal sheets roofs the clamps DLA and DLAK.

Functionality

Position the support system on the selected support at the distances defined by the project.
Assemble the SolarFish H83 rail on the selected support through the lower groove or side grooves.
To connect two SolarFish H83 rails, install two CPN AL joints on both sides of the rail, making them slide inside the side grooves until it touches the stud in the centre of the joint.
Complete the connection by locking each end of the CPN AL connection with 8 x 3.5 mm x 9.5 mm self-drilling screws on each side of the SolarFish H83 profile.
To limit thermal expansion, it is advisable to create series of rails connected to each other up to a maximum length of 15 m. Beyond this measure it is necessary to interrupt the structure and start again with a new rail disconnected from the previous ones.
Install the clamps through the upper groove of the rail.
Fix the PV panels by tightening the clamps.
